Hantavirus IgM/IgG Antibody Detection Kit Colloidal Gold Method

Hantavirus IgM/IgG Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold) is immunochromatography based. Nitrocellulose-based membrane pre-coated with Mouse anti-human Hantavirus polyclonal antibodies (C line) and Anti-human IgM and Anti-human IgG Antibody (T line). And colloidal gold-labeled Hantavirus antigen were fixed on the conjugate pad.

When an appropriate amount of test specimen is added into sample well, the sample will move forward along the test card via capillary action. If the Hantavirus IgM/IgG antibodies level in the specimen is at or above the detection limit of the test, it will bind to the colloidal gold-labeled Hantavirus antigen. The antibody complex will be captured by the Anti-human IgM and Anti-human IgG Antibody immobilized on the membrane, forming a red T line and indicating a positive result for the IgM/ IgG antibody. When Hantavirus IgM/IgG antibody presents in the specimen, the cassette will appear two visible line. If Hantavirus IgM/IgG antibodies are not present in the sample or below the LoD, the cassette will only appear C line.
