Hantavirus IgM Antibody Detection Kit – ELISA 48/96 pcs
The kit adopts the indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle. Purified Hantavirus antigens are pre-coated on the microplates. When the sample containing Hantavirus IgM antibodies is added, the antibodies will specifically bind to the immobilized antigens. After washing to remove unbound substances, an enzyme-labeled anti-human IgM conjugate is added, which binds to the captured IgM antibodies. Then a chromogenic substrate is added, and the color intensity (absorbance value measured by a microplate reader) is proportional to the concentration of Hantavirus IgM antibodies in the sample, so as to judge the presence of acute infection.
