Hantavirus IgM antibody detection kit – Colloidal gold method
The kit adopts the colloidal gold immunochromatography principle. Specific Hantavirus antigens are conjugated with colloidal gold as tracers, and immobilized on the nitrocellulose membrane. When the sample containing Hantavirus IgM antibodies is added, the antibodies will specifically bind to the gold-labeled antigens and form visible red test and control lines. The results can be interpreted visually without specialized instruments.
